Why can't I find the instructions or manual for SALTON YOGURT MAKER thermostat controlled? Model #GW5 I would like to print it.

Try letting it warm up for at least ten minutes. Then add waffle batter and leave closed for about five minutes and check the waffle. If it is way over done try three minutes other wise adjust your time in thirty second increments. You should have great waffles in three or less tries.

There are two ways of going ahead from here. The first way is to open the file. If you do this, remember it may take a while and your computer will appear to be froze. Just hang in there, depending on your download speed, it will arrive. Second way, When you click on the .pdf link, your second choice will ask to save to disc. You will need to save to file. After a few minutes, the manual will be in you Downloads folder called Yogurt Maker Manual .pdf
You should be able to search your computer for this if you don't know where your downloads folder is. Hope that helps, I don't know your level of expertise on a computer, I don't want to treat you like you don't know anything. Computers are difficult for us older folks. If you do need more assistance, Please check back.

Basically, heat your milk to a boil and then cool until it reaches the "add starter" mark on the spoon thermometer. Add starter, and then you're good to go.

I had the same problem, I needed the instruction manual for Salton EX-20 Three for All. Searching the net I found the following answers:

Usually only a very little culture is needed to be added to milk to obtain good yogurt. But if you can add 100ml to one litre milk , it will be fine.
