If the motor sounds like it is turning, but the brush doesn't spin, then the belt is likely damaged. Check on line to find the part and replacement instructions.

If the thermal switch is less than the size of a piece of Chicklet chewing gum, it likely mounts either inside the motor, or attaches to the side of the motor.
Check on line for a parts diagram. It may help you figure out where the switch goes.

well if the clean tank is full still would guess the other should be empty and I would look for the problem in the dispenser side

This is obvious so if you tried this I'm sorry. The nozzles are probably plugged with dirt. Try cleaning the nozzles with a straightened paperclip and wash out the unit.

There could be a number of problems, one that the collection tank is not aligned properly. 2. Removable nozzle installed improperly. 3.Removable nozzle full of debris. 4 Red lint screen under collection tank clogged.
5.The collection tank is full. The answer to the first one is: Check tank alignment and secure with side latches. The answer to the second one is Unplug unit. Align two "hooks" into bottom first, then snap into place on top. The answer for third one is:Unplug unit. Remove nozzle and rinse under running water. The solution for 4. is:Remove debris from lint screen. And the solution for 5. is Empty tank
