You have to change your developer, you can see developer spillage inside the machine it is a common problem in this particular model. Rate this and vote for this after your problem resolved.

    Yes, below 20 cpm all sharp photo copier has the same problem due to magnet roller.
    the quality of magnet roller is not up to earlier product. it should be replaced by good quality one.

this error means:
heat roller abnormally low temperature.
for check:
1- check the heater lamp
2- check the thermistor
for reset:
clear key --> interrupt key --> "0" key --> interrupt key --> 14 --> start key

During installation , use sharp ar205 developer and sharp ar021 toner cartridge. This shows you did not use developer or used the wrong ones, good luck.
