When i open the games and application its shows operation failed how can i reformat my sony ericson W910i?

My phone have problems :

1. when i try to open games or application list from desktop, the phone display "operation failed"

2.the Walkman icon on desktop cannot be executed , same with the Walkman button ( when i press the button or icon , nothing happen)

3.the "operation failed" msg are also diplay when im trying to run SensMe function

Can i do the formating on my own computer? how to do it? will it fix the current problem? or is there any other method i can use without formatting?

i think you have downloaded the games of unsupported format.try to download games at your phones specification

games and applications are not opening ..............showing operation failed

maybe you don't have any games installed? or it was deleted, try resetting your phone to factory settings or default

WHE I CLICK ON GAMES AND APPLICATION I WILL SHOW A MSG OPERATION FAILED. PLEASE HELP ME.
