New installation, can't get anything on the screen except message: power only V.3.08.8

default must be no password , here are the steps to reset the printer
NVRAM reset for the HP LaserJet 400 colorMFP M475dn (Confirmed functional) 1: Print configuration page before beginning reset
2: Disconnect all cables except for power
3: While printer is in ready state, note the position of "Ready" message on the screen (Probably bottom right)
4: Power off the printer via power button
5: Touch the location on the screen where "Ready" message appeared.
6: while touching the screen, power on the printer. Continue to hold the screen.
7: When "Memory Limit Reached" message appears, release the screen.
8: Printer will reboot, clean and calibrate
9: Return cables to their appropriate ports
10: Print configuration page to confirm settings are cleared. Restore settings desired manually.
Finally have access back!

This could be a problem with your hard drive.

Before taking it to a shop, please make sure you have NOTHING at all plugged in that wouldn't normally be there.

No USB devices (except KB and Mouse) - No memory cards - No external Hard Drive etc.....

All the above devices can be bootable.

Disconnect everything from the motherboard except the power supply connections and cpu fan. Install one stick of RAM and connect your monitor. Then try starting up. See if you get any BIOS boot messages. This will tell you that the board and processor are okay.

With what you say you've tried already, I'm thinking you might have a bad processor. Most every other problem would result in some kind of error like POST beep codes or messages on screen. If the system still doesn't boot with the bare minimum parts installed, replace the processor.

What card was in it before?? If none then you havnt switched BIOS from Mobo to AGP / PCI-e whatever the card is you havent stated.

What was in it before, If there was a card you have to un-install ALL video drivers BEFORE putting new card in.
You also need to ensure that the mobo specs meet the specs of the new card ie AGP X2,4,8,16 etc.

What is the error message that you are getting?

You need a new game that is a glitch. and you can't do anything about it except get a new one.

This is a common fault with samsung phones , you will need to replace the keypad with a t6 torx screwdriver or you might need a special kind. message me for details if your stuck. Hope i helped
