First perform a vinegar cycle wash in the dishwasher. Pour a cup of vinegar into the bottom of the dishwasher. Keep the temperature at the highest setting possible and perform a wash cycle. Then start using a dishwasher most probably that would solve the problem. If this does not solve the problem then there must be some parts worn out or faulty creating the problem.

There are many probable causes of failure .

To clean the dishes the water temperature is essential. It the water is not hot then the dishes will not be cleaned properly. So check the water temperature.

Also check the filter in your dishwasher.Clean the filter if there is accumulation of debris in the filter.

Scanner window is cloudy on bottom. needs to be wiped clean

if you are a technical kind of guy you may want to download the service manual from MAISE MANUALS to see the correct proceedure to remove the platen glass without damaging your scanner!
attempting to do this without good instruction will most definatley be a bad day for your printer this job would likely take me about 3/4hr to complete as to remove the glass several covers need removing.

Soap remains on the dishes after the wash cycle is complete.

Check that the holes in the spray arms haven't blocked up and the filters in the bottom are clean. The arms may not be rotating. To check this, when the machine is washing, open the door, turn all the spray arms to face the same direction, shut the door and leave running for about 30 seconds. Open the door again and look at the position of the spray arms. They should have moved.

After running my GE Nautilis there seems to be soap scum on all the dishes. I can't seem to get them clean. I have even tried using jet dry and yet the glasses still come out very cloudy. How can I fix...

If you have hard water, glasses can look spotted and cloudy even after cleaning. Sometimes changing the dishwasher detergent can help. The easiest solution to clearing up glasses that start to look cloudy is to add some vinegar to the bottom of the dishwasher before you start a cycle. Simply add 1/4 of white vinegar and it will clear up your glasses very well.
You should see marked improvement after the first time you do this. If they are not crystal clear then simply repeat the process until all of the cloudiness is gone. In fact I recommend to using a little vinegar in each cycle to maintain the clarity of the glass.

Note: you can pre-test this by rubbing some vinegar on an individual glass with a cloth. If you cannot remove the cloudiness by soaking it and rubbing vinegar on it then it is possible that the glass is etched due to harsh or cheap dishwasher detergent and vinegar will not solve the problem.

Last three loads have not cleaned my glasses - cloudy and lipstick still on them. Using JetDry and Cascade powder. What can I do to fix this?

You probably have a soap buildup. Try running it without any dishes in it. Let it fill up and start washing a few minutes, the open the door and see if there are suds. If there is, pour a half cup of cooking oil into the water and let it complete the cycle. That will clear the soap buildup. Aside from that, keep using jetdry and make sur the water going into the dishwasher is hot (run kitchen tap until it's hot before starting dishwasher to clear the line)

they must have changed the way they treat the water in your area. those spots are caused by hard water. www.dishwasherfilter.com has a product out for this problem. it filters the water going into your dishwasher leaving them spot free and crystal clear with every load. you will love the way your dishes look.
