This typically occurs when a turn signal bulb is out on the side blinking fast.

2003. Why does right turn signal have fast blink?

The side that is dim has resistance in the electrical circuit , use voltage drop testing to find the problem . Watch this video on voltage drop testing .

How to check/replace a 2002 Toyota Rav4 cabin filter

Step 1: Remove the passenger glove box. To do this, open the glove box. where the top part stops, on the right and left side, there should be two pins that hold the glove box open so that it will not fall. Press these tabs towards the center of the glovebox.

Step 2: Remove the air filter. Directly behind where the glovebox was, there should be a large vent (around 10inches wide). In the center of this is a white strip. This is the air filter. Pull out by using the tab to one side.

Step 3 Install new filter or replace cleaned filter and reassemble.

1997 Dodge Neon left signal lights work great. Right side blinks very fast.

Has the car been in a fender bender ? check for wiring going to the front and rear lights to see if on has rubbed into a ground wire or the body. ( even if there has been no accident.)

Kia turn signal works but blinks fast on right side when parking lights are on

turn on park lights and signal on right side and take a good look at the front and rear light , see if one is dimmer than the other this may be due to a bad ground and when the park lights are on and drawing more power it also needs better ground, check the sockets front and rear try wiggling the bulb to see which one is causing the problem

Change cabin air filter in toyota camry

The answer is in your owner's manual. Just go to the parts dept of your dealer or to an auto parts store and get the filter. Next, empty out the gloove box. DIsconnect the damper (it is on the right side of the glove box that prevents the glove box from falling open too fast) Grip the top front of the glove box with your left hand and the top rear with your right hand and then push your left hand toward you and your right hand toward the front of the car, like you are trying to make the top of the glove box wider. While you are doing this, pull the glove box toward you so that the glove box is hanging down, (if it was full, it would have spilled the contents on the floor mat). Then the cabin air filter is toward the front of the car, just squeeze the two tabs on the left and right side and pull straight out towards you. You have removed the cover for the cabin air filter. Now, slide the filter out and put the new one in. Reassemble in the opposite that you disassembled.

Again, see your owner's manual, it tells you how to do it and saves tons of $$. This only takes 5 minutes or less.

Fast Blinker

Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.

Random RH blinker issues, sometimes normal, sometimes really fast

If a dual element bulb develops a condition where both filaments touch together even momentarily will produce a fast flash too. Replace the offending bulb.
