The pushers sound like they have fallen off.This is quite a common problem.Take care as the watch wont be waterproof.The parts will need to be obtained from TAG and fitted by a watchmaker.Return the watch to an agent for them to attend to or find a watchmaker that can get TAG parts. www.rolexrepairs.co.uk are specialist watchmakers that could help.

I presume you no longer have the instructions, so I explored the Tag web site and they do not appear to offer an option to download instructions for your watch.
The only thing I can suggest is that you go to your nearest dealer and ask for help. You can find out where your nearest dealer is by going to the TAG web site "tagheuer.com". select one of the watches and on the right of the screen you will find a menu which includes "find your nearest retailer", who will be able to help.
