First make sure that the Take up Spool is properly installed in the printer. There are "Notches" in the take up spool that need to mess to drive the Take up spool.

Next, make sure that you have the printer set up for THERMAL TRANSFER and not DIRECT THERMAL if your using a printer driver or label printing program.

Good Luck

How To Replace Ink On My QL 570 Label Printer

Do you mean the Brother QL-570? If so, this is a thermal printer and uses thermal paper in a DK roll. The print head heats the paper to print the characters. The material in the roll will clean the print head during printing. This assumes that the roll was installed properly. You do need to run a roller cleaner through the printer as part of the routine maintenance. See the documentation here: https://support.brother.com/g/b/manualtop.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=lpql570eus . See page 15 on either the Set Up a& Operation Guide or the User Manual.

I am a Reseller and one of my client is having Citizen CLP-7202e. due to the faulty print head we have tried to change the print head and after changing a new print head, printer is not printing...

I have used this type of printer before. Long ago when it was called the C-ITOH. However, never had to change the print head before. I would imagine that if you did - all the adjustments would need changing. Bad Gap would skip labels and bad pressure would make them too light or too dark. If there are any vertical lines (even faint) the print head is damaged. Also, these things are very specific as to media vs ink roller. You cannot use a paper ink roller with mylar labels. Vise versa works but those rolls are more expensive. I am sure you have tested this already but you point pretty exclusively to the "new" print head with your testing. Sounds like you have answered your own question. I would do some continuity tests on the head to see if it carries any current at all. Good Luck!

Printer prints faint labels

Hi. Thanks for your question

Print fainting could be caused by number of reasons. First think to check is ink roll. Replacing with new one would get this out of the way. If it still faints next thing I would do is once you opened the cover try and clean the print head and any visible rollers underneath the labels. Print heads can be cleaned with any alcohol solution. Best would be some kind of electronics cleaning solution. next thing to check would be labels themselves. It happened to me that labels where simply not very well finished and ink would not stick to them. Try roll of labels from other box you may have. If this all failed and your printer still faints labels that it never used to it could be the worse. Your print head may need replacing although this is very unusual for them to fail in this way.
I hope this helped you. Please don't hesitate to come back and ask more questions if this is needed. I've worked with thermal printers for 7 years now and I am sure we can find some solution to your problem.

How do I load labels in monarch 1100 price gun

    Loading
  1. At the back of the pricing gun, there's an opening with two spindles to hold a roll of labels. There's also a slot and two small, black rollers, where you'll place the first label to begin feeding them into the gun.

Insert a roll of labels into the gun opening so that the beginning of the roll is at the back and comes up over the top of the gun. Insert the beginning of the roll into the slot, squeezing the trigger halfway. Push the labels through the gun until they come out at the front. Thread the labels up and under the black plate on the front of the gun and then under the rubber roller. Squeeze the trigger again and pull six or seven labels out. Discard the labels, leaving the paper backing. Thread the paper backing into the underside of the gun, next to the handle, in the direction indicated by the arrow. Push the paper backing while squeezing the trigger until the gun begins dispensing labels.

    Printing
  1. If the print on the labels is off-center, place a penny in the slot on the right side of the gun and hold it in place. Using another penny, turn the adjuster on the left side of the gun in a clockwise direction, printing test labels to check your correction. Keep turning the adjuster until the print is centered.

To replace the ink cartridge, turn the latch on the right side of the gun to an upright position. Pull the door out. The ink roller is on the end of the door in a plastic holder. Push the holder apart slightly to remove the old ink roller and insert a new one. Replace the door and turn the latch to hold it in place.

Ribbon on the printer does not go through smoothly

The roller that captures and advances the ribbon is worn. Try a new ribbon. You may be able to find the roller. Good luck with that.

How to ink Casio FR 1211 Printing Calculator

I have a Casio FR-1211 Printing Calculator and I have the same problem. I removed the roller and tried inking the roller with "Sanford's Roll-On Stamp Pad Inker". It works beautifully ! I don't know how long it will last, but for now the print is dark and clear.
