You don't actually need a driver to set it up. Just plug it into your network, then browse to its URL (likely 192.168.1.1, but could be 192.168.0.1, or 192.168.2.1). Then just follow the prompts to configure it. Hope that helps.

Window 7 32bit wireless could not connect or detect the wireless LAN with Rosewill RNX-N2LX b/g/n adapter. No problem with Window XP I downed load the latest driver but it still could do the job. ...

Install the driver then reboot your Windows7 system.
Plug the wireless adapter into a USB port.
An install icon will appear in the systray showing that it is installing the driver.
Click on the install icon and stop it from finding a driver in the Windows data base. Apparently Windows finds a driver and installs it corrupting the Rosewill driver.
I tried using the wizard but it locked up. After rebooting the system the adapter found my AP and I was able to log in.

How do I install my Belkin F5D7051 wireless adapter without the installation CD?

To install the adapter you will definately need a disc. because the adapter will not work without the Drivers. Drivers are very important for the adapter. One more thing that if you have WIN XP or VISTA then you don't need the set up utility but still you need the drivers for the adapter.
If you do not have the disc. You can download the drivers from the manufacturer's web site and install the drivers for your adapter.
