I have an old CDX-C6800X Sony Xplod with 10 stacker in the boot. The problem basically is that you can hear the "beep" loud and clear..even the reminder the face is still attached when switching off ignition. There is just no "music" when either playing a cd in the head deck or stacker(I've actually never had an ariel fitted so radio is not a problem) I've tried reset button and it sometimes works but volume level is restricted..and when trying to adjust volume it goes "full ball" in an instant without even displaying much movement on the volume display(you may be thinking volume knob, but it still works fine and shows movement on the display accordingly..just no "music sound" (if it does reset, next time you turn the key there's no music again) ..I'd like to rectify this unit as it has been a good one..and there seems to be no more xplods available that have changer control anymore. Cheers
