Have had my Bunn Home Coffee Maker for 2 years and it's worked like a charm! Unfortunately it has decided to go retire with no warning whatsoever :-( It just out of nowhere stopped working all together. It is plugged in, the outlet works but there doesn't seem to be any power to it at all and it does nothing. No lights... no heat etc... Does anyone have any suggestions?

Bunn coffee maker heats but wont pump water?

I thought these are pour over brewers? Which means you have to fill it with water in order to brew? It should happen when the unit is filled first, plugged in then turned on.(see link below for MFR instructions) Aloha! ukeboy57

My bunn coffee maker is leaking. It is less than 2 years old.

I repair them. There are so many places it could be leaking from, you need to be more specific. To answer your question, yes they can be repaired. Get an estimate first, if you decide to have it repaired. The cost of repairs sometimes is more than buying a new one, or close to it. With a new unit you get warranty coverage too

I have had my Bunn since 1999 and I have had no trouble whatsoever until today, it decided to become a steam roller and will not shut off at the reserve hot water well. I have to power off the switch each...

It is most likely time to decalcify the machine. If you haven't made a regular practice of this, a cocoon of mineral deposits has encased the heating element causing it to struggle to warm the water adequately even as it overheats itself. If one or more decalcifications using white vinegar and the instructions in your owner's guide fail to improve the situation, the thermostat may be faulty. Contact BUNN for toll-free support:

Bunn coffee maker leaking from underneath the bottom

Please get the model and the date code from the bottom of the machine and contact customer serivce. Depending on the date code, there might be a seal kit available or the machine can be replaced at no cost if 3 years old or less. If it is over 3 years old and the seal kit isn't available, the machine will be replaced at a reduced price.

Bunn VPR Coffee Maker

I own a bunn and my brother's business owns 2 of these. The rule of thumb as he was told by the salesman is 2 oz of coffee grinds per 48 oz of water.
