Changing voice mail

This function varies substantially depending on the make & model of voice mail system that you have. The voice mail system also needs to have a schedule defined that matches your (or your company's) business hours. Setting this schedule up is the responsibility of the system support person. From that point the procedure for recording your out of office or closed greeting will vary, per the make/model of voice mail equipment that you have. On some systems this is referred to as your extended absence greeting, on still others it is called your alternate greeting. On yet others they call it the 'closed' greeting. Hope this helps.

This can be handled by the DND feature in your admin settings... Do not disturb will transfer your calls direct to voicemail without ringing the handset.

Just go to call settings and then call divert. check settings. Maybe all calls are diverted to voice mails. Cancell all diverts. Then you are done.

There is a feature that most dealers do not activate called "Voice Mail Transfer" which transfers an incoming call to a person's (or department's) voice mail box. Forwarding calls to someone's mailbox is not possible without special programming by a certified dealer.
