first remove the phone's front and back cover or case (only just remove the front and back cover you dont have to dismantel totally the phone) after removing it put a flat magnet on the top of the lcd beneath the earpiece, make sure that the magnet use is fit when you place back the cover and thats it the display will come back to normal.
It is having a video failure. or screen going bad and unfortunately its part of the motherboard. Hook external monitor to it if good picture then screen bad. If monitor has bad picture then video on motherboard bad and very exspensive
you can enhance your picture quality by setting quality high in camera settings option.you can also change your resolution.check your camera settings in your mobile and set the resolution or change the quality high.
it seem the display drivers gone bad, mostly these kind of problems fixed after driver installation otherwise you may need to install windows again after formating
Now look on the LEFT side of the viewfinder; just above the swivel-screen.
You will see a little thumb wheel there.
That is the focus for the viewfinder. Move it up and down to bring the viewfinder into focus. (Don't forget to do this while you are looking through the viewfinder so you can see what you are adjusting.)
