Hi I am using moto backflip since last 3 months, sometimes it goes crazy and won't receive calls, hangs for few minutes like i cannot access my phone book or recent calls. i thought this could be because of android 1.5v, but one of my friend who is using android 2.1 also get this kind of weird problem. anyone knows how to fix this. i would greatly appreciate your response. -- jobell

Check that you are not using an app that is continuously accessing the internet and communicating with a server for some reason that is using the phones WiFi or mobile channel. This will drain battery life if incorrectly configured etc ( i.e selecting access to your location, services and other info )

heat the spark plug for a few minutes then put back in the engine. sometimes works when you not used engine in a long time. it will take a good few goes to get the old fuel out of the carb, the heat helps burn old fuel.

Hi there, It sounds like you're having problems with your data access. I would do a few things: 1) Send an e-mail - if you cannot do this, then you have no data access at all. If that's the case, call your carrier and tell them about your problem. It's not a problem with your device, but with your service provider. 2) If you CAN send e-mails, sometimes BBM just gets stuck. If you've already been waiting for longer than 10 minutes, you need to call your carrier. Tell them you need your service books resent. That will often fix your problem. Good luck! Alex

remove your sim card. try using different sim card just to open the phone. then set the default storage for the messages to the memory card. then return your original sim card. when you open inbox you will notice all messages is gone. then set again the default storage of messages to the sim card to bring back your messages.

Maybe fixed the problem. Following the suggestion of someone on another "help" site, I removed my memory card, and it's been 2 days with no shutting off and no battery drainage! So possibly a "corrupt" file of some sort on memory card causing problems. I'm going to give it another day or so, and if all remains well, then I'll format the memory card and replace it and see what happens. Here's hoping!

Hi All

I have a s40 1.9d / 2000 plate,
In the last month or so the car loses revs when changing up to 3rd and 4th gear, I can only get 50 mph max in 3rd gear 80mp in 4th.
The car has just clocked 185,000 miles
Its a great car but a pai at the moment, I've had a service including fuel fillter change added fuel cleaners to the deilsel all to no avail


Any suggestions

Better Flash the software . And do firmware update to the latest . Your current software is Corrupted .

It is likely that something overheating is causing the problem, but nothing should be overheating. Cleaning won't hurt and may help but it is likely to require repair of the faulty component, perhaps a failing capacitor or amplifier.
