If it's brand new take it back for the warranty. It's probably that the problem is not software related. So your best bet is the warranty.
if you bought it used, let me know so that I can post some instructions on how to flash or hard reset.

Take it back for a new one. If it's something simple they can tell you what you did. If not then they should give you a new one

I believe you have a valid issue with your dealer. I would speak to the owner and tell him you wish to return the car as a "lemon". If he has a problem with either repairing or replacing under warranty, I would call Hyundai and ask for someone in charge of either customer satisfaction or the dealer's account. I would also after explaining my problem, tell them I am considering filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Dept. of Consumer Affairs. Sorry to hear your having problems with your new dishwasher. Please review your owners manual for great tips for the best results on cleaning your dishes. Here are a few steps to take to get your dishwasher working:

1. Run you sink water for 3 min on hot before you start your dishwasher. This allows warm water to enter the dishwasher and helps aid in sanitizing and cycle time. Remember water entering must be at 125 degrees.
2. If your using power detergent be sure to use rise aid. All new dishwashers require this additive for best results.
3. If you have hard water your going to need a dishwasher cleaner and use it once a month. I recommend dishwasher magic. Kills 99.9% bacteria and leave a great scent. I use it myself.

Sounds like the defrost timer doing its job but with loud efforts. GE is known for its different sounds some clanks to clicks to popping. Thank God for good hearing but curse GE for its poor noise reduction efforts. This is why GE is cheaper than its other competitors. They cut corners welcome to the world of GE. BB

Lots of different devices may be interfering with the transmit side of your phone. In today's world of heavy radio frequency usage by consumer devices it is hard to know exactly what may be interfering with your cordless phone. Even some cell phones could be causing the interference. The 6.0 gig phones do not have that problem.
