When trying to install the reel deal classic games on my laptop nothing pops up and when I do what the manuel says my laptop states that the configuration isn't right and that I need to try to reinstall it but I never installed it to began with. what do I do? I have windows xp and plenty of memory and I just bought the game today.

I dont think you can . I have all the reel deal slots and none of them work with windows 7 directly. There is ittle or no help getting this to work on the EFX support site.
I am just taking the loss and throwing them all out none are worth anything to anybody I cant even give them away.
If there was a Windows 7 help on the support site this could be easier on all who have these.
Probably will no longer purchase the product, because the second there is a change we will be buying them all over again to meet the changes.
