For
Andorids with the Pattern lock, if you try the wrong pattern 5 times,
you are given the option to use your Gmail Account to unlock and reset
your Android device unlock pattern.
Once you get the prompt for
the Gmail login, use the account that you have set up in your Android
device. This would take you to the option of resetting the unlock
pattern.
Please note that if you have set up the
2-step-verification for Google accounts, your password will not be the
regular Gmail password. You'll have to generate the authorizing password
here: https://www.google.com/accounts/IssuedAuthSubTokens

Keep trying the finger code until it tells you have done it too many times. After that it will ask for your Gmail address and password and then you will be able to get into your phone.

You will need to do a factory reset on your phone. This will delete everything on the phone including reseting the security features. To reset press the following. Press and hold the following buttons at the same time:
· Volume Up and Down, Green "send button" and Center "OK" button Press "Red" Power on/End call button while still holding the other buttons Release all buttons.
