Hdtv model 43uwx10b is showing a green shadow on the left side of the pictures; what's the problem? How can it be repaired and at what cost?
We experienced the same issue as the tv diplayed a double image with the image in a green and blue colors.
You can fix it with two resistors and two IC(Intergrated circuits) STK 392-110. When an IC goes bad it usually takes out a resistor or two. The Convergence board that houses the IC's and resistors is located on the right side of tv.

We seem to have the same problem. A green haze around objects in picture. Especially when showing white on the TV. (Like someone wearing a white shirt.) Does anyone know a solution? The green haze filters over the letter box black bars about 1/3 of the way.
Same problem. It goes away after about 10 minutes.
I have a green image around everything, majic focus doesnt seem to clear it up anymore
I have a 57" hitachi that shows green shadows to left as well. you can really tell on darker images on white background.
