Technical information like that is not available. I am a Toshiba Repairer and the service information does not include that information.
The technology is too advanced I suppose they think and anyway, how many people apart from me has an infrared precision desoldering and rework station that cost £7500 second hand!

I'm not the OP, but...I have an l300 motherboard with a fried Q509. Don't know what it is. Little 6-pin DIP. Any ideas? (went to wrong person, I think)
The only 6pin DIP I can see is Q504. The function of that, is not explained.
I will take a close look at the component and let you know its identity as soon as I get to my workshop and put the component under my microscope.
