GSM networks use SIM cards whereas CDMA networks do not use sim cards. go to pc and access your account there. go to google and remember password.

Correct me if im wrong but go to ur hotmail page on you're phone or where every you sign in and it should say remember me or keep me logged in at all time's, always remember my password. If there such happens to be a box with a check mark remove it by clicking it and exit out of theat page and check if you're Email is still there
