Well you can simply reset your router. There should be a small hole that says "reset" some where. Once you reset it:
Username: Admin Password:
There is no password

if you can connect to your router using a cat 5 cable with your macbook.
you need to reset your router if you do not know the password.
reset it by holding the reset button and power on the router while holding the button for 30 secs.

Press the RESET button at the back of the router and power it up. Hold the RESET button for 5 secs. until the LEDs flash at the same time.

if you cant remember the user name and password you can reset by doing a hard reset theres a reset button on the back of the device/ theres a RESET label on the back just use a pin to press it for about 10 secs while its plugged in then wait for the light to flash on/off then it will be reset to default username and password
