Wii fit Hi ive bought a wii fit and board, put the disc in, it told me i needed to do n update, which went through okay, game started fine, i added myself, weighed, measured, and all the rest and then turned off as i needed to go out, on return, the wii disc menu pic kept spinning and spinning, without taking the disc in, i pressed rest, and the wii seemed to "freeze" and just stayed on a black screen, had to press and hold the power button to get it to turn off, i have now just bought the family ski and im having the same problems, i have got no new updates to do and have even re formated the wii getting rid of all the saves etc and it still isnt working, btw ive tried the board and both games on my sisters wii and they both work fine!!!! Any ideas anyone please!!

It was working fine.. I played for 2 days. Then i decided to add the wiifit channel... it added the channel as expected. I could even enter the channel and see some graphs.. but when i tried to do some training, the screen whent black.

Now, every time i insert the wiifit disc, the wii stops working.. it shows annimations and sounds at the wii menu... but it stops answering to the remote buttons, the hand desappear... Even the Rest button does not do anything...

It gets back to normal when i power the wii off, and then turn it on.. but if i insert the wii fit dic... it freezes....

I erased the wii fit game data, and I deleted the wii fit channel.... and still, it keeps freezing.

    Other games are working fine..

    What now???

Maybe it was a one time only thing. If it continues again then just take the game back to them and get another one. If your wii is softmodded, check online what Cios you need to run the game.

    Try these steps!

  1. Insert a Wii Balance Board compatible game disc in the Wii console.

The only thing I can think of is that when you were moving, your wii got damaged.
I can only recommend sending it to nintendo to fix, or buying a new one. Only do these if someone else does not find a solution

Wii fit wont turn on

Have you tried to Re-sync?

1. Start the game from the disc, and wait it to run.
2. Press the sync button on the wii fit balance board.
3. Press the sync button on the wii console.

Some people say that holding the wii console sync button for 7 seconds works best.

Have you updated your Wii? There was a program update a couple of weeks ago. My son had this problem with a different game and after updating it worked fine.

Can't get into wii settings

Hi there, I have uploaded a file on the following link http://www.4shared.com/account/dir/5026890/ce5fe369/sharing.html?rnd=64 copy the file which fits your Wii (Japanese or US or Europe) and use Winrar to open the ISO file. Then burn the iso file onto a DVD with low speed like 2x. Then, insert the DVD into your Wii and play the game like normal, it will ask for software update and click yes. Then take out the DVD and check your Menu setting, it comes back.
