Hello, my name is Becki Barned with Dish Network customer service. I understand the frustration with this issue. There are a few things that could be causing this problem. There could be interference with a remote at a location near yours, such as a neighbor's remote. It could be a grounding issue, in which case a technician would be needed. Since it is happening on the second unit, a technician may be the best resolution, because as I said, it may be a grounding issue causing this.
