My Samsung refrigerator will not cool

You have a plugged evaporator (cooling coil) drain pan opening or drain line.

samsung unit are dual cool meaning as longer compressor don't fail refrigerator will work even if freezer fail and vice-verse. If freezer is not working and refrigerator must like you have defrost problem which is very common in Samsung unit, can be something as simple as a sensor or it can also be the heating element. also check the temp in the freezer it can also be the evaporator fan

French Door: Why Does The Control Panel Display "OF OF" Instead Of The Temperature? If the control panel displays "OF OF" instead of the temperature, the refrigerator is in "Cooling Off" mode. In Cooling Off mode, the refrigerator appears to be running normally, but the compressor is off so the unit does not cool. Cooling Off mode is used by retailers to save energy when the refrigerator is on the showroom floor.
Note: Cooling Off mode is also called Demo mode or Exhibition mode.

Disable Cooling Off mode by performing the following:

• Left Door: Simultaneously press and hold the top two buttons on the left side of the display panel until you hear a distinctively different chime sound when the display changes. This will either be a combination of "Energy Saver" and "Freezer", or "Energy Saver" and "Power Freeze/Freezer."

These fridges go through all sorts of cycles, the defrost cycle is probably the noisiest, strange sounds are ok, it will tell you when something serious is wrong, alerts & alarms.

Check for broken wires on your ice maker temperature sensor. On my model RF265AABP that was the problem causing display to read 88 88 with one digit blinking.

it's only 4 weeks old ./ don't mess with it it has a warranty you may void it if you work on it . it is probably in the main digital control in th fresh food .. but i would call the seller and they can set up a service for it .. mm
