I have a sharp tv model number PZ-50HV2 and when I turn it on EO1 comes up on the screen in big red letters then turns its self off I can't work out how to fix it could someone please help

remove front bottom panel and turn RED screen drive down it will be on your Focus/screen drve control block 3 controls on top for focus R/G/B and 3 below for screen drive to tubes R/G/B

You ahe power supply problem, replace the power supply board

either a bad red crt or bad transistor on the red crt pcb!

E01 is relay contacts failure on psu board in media box

Your TV's power regulator may have a problem. But first check if your voltage is sufficient on the wall socket. Try using other electronic appliances there. =================================== Hope this helps let me know ok?
