I just took the ricoh c430dn out of the box, followed all the directions and got this error message. After being told 10 days for a technician in upstate NY, I've been doing some research and found another forum that someone was working on this same problem and just gave the motor a little 'spin' and has been problem free ever since. Can someone please tell me where the motor is. I have nothing to loose from trying. Not a good start between ricoh and me. I was a die-hard Oki user and all the good reviews led me to this printer. ugh
