Look... go to the tata docomo office.. they will unlock your sim if there is any chance... or otherwise they will replaceyour sim card with new sim by same number...

Once if the simcard is rejected you could not do anything....But there is a way to replace the rejected sim card with the same number/no losing balance.Contact your service provider and tell them the problem.They will give you a new sim card with the same mobile number.Good luck

There is no other way just call/contact your sim card operator/customer care.They will ask your information before and give you the code as well as instruct how to do.Good luck
Do not worry it just takes 5mins to solve it... follow these stps.
1.Call the customer care from NOTHER sim of SAME NETWORK and ask for PUK code of your number ,He will tell you and type it in your mob. screen. 2. definitely it gets unlocked. 3.I too had once same problem .i did this and finally my phone unlocked...
