Darkstar5d I've also notice my duracell ijss had the same problem it would only complete a half charge seems this happened after I let it sit for some months, then last evening I did a lil experiment I connected the unit to a power adapter turned on the light on the front of the unit and left it charging found it was the only way the orange light indicating it was charging would stay on, other wise it would quickly turn to green
darkstar5d I let it sit with the light on for quite sometime occasionally turning off the front light to see if it would stay with the orange light indicating it's charging, it turned green so I left the light on after six or seven hrs it stayed orange
I'm having the same problem where it won't take a charged. If you left it with a dead battery for say 6 months, it probably ruined the battery. You should have a charger for house current and car voltage charger. I guess your dead in the battery like me. I'm taking it to Battery Plus to check it out. It only had a 1 year limited warranty. Good Luck.

As far as your duracell booster all you have to do is plug it into an outlet it should indicate it's charging when you see an orange light in the front top of the unit.
it should be a 120 v outlet, if the green light appears shortly after you plug it in try the steps I mentioned earlier ..
