My SCA starter pack is not charging, has been on 240 volt for two days

How old is the starter pack? The battery(ies) die after 3-5 years. FWIW I replaced an AGM-type battery in a starter pack and found out later it was almost as expensive as buying a new one from COSTCO or Uncle Sam's. Sounds like you're in Oz so COSTCO might not be available.

Does a B&D jump charger and inflator have a charging fuse 500 amp ?

Not to my knowledge, usually the charging fuse will be a low value in relation to the voltage output and the wattage. Maximum would be 10amps or so and the unit would charge all night to come up to charge.

I changed the starter in my 2009 pontiac g3 and its acts as it the battery is dead with no charge. I starter sounds as if its trying to start jus not strong enough. What else could be the problem. The

I suggest you keep trying to start for 3 or 4 ten second bursts with ten seconds between each. Dragging current through a poor connection will tend to cause heating of the connection. Immediately feel each battery connection and each connection along the battery leads to the starter motor not forgetting where the earth leads connect to the bodywork. Using a voltmeter to measure the volt drop along the leads would be an easier way to check the leads and connections. Pay particular attention to terminals that are crimped to the cables rather than being soldered. Sometimes there is a dirty connection inside the crimp where it can't be seen or cleaned and the only cure is to cut it off and replace it with a more conventional type of soldered terminal. It might be a good idea to start with to test the new starter to ensure it is good....

Want charge was showing full charge after 1month went to use no power and want charge also has tire compressure to pump up tires model #vec012pob purchased from sears

Battery could be bad. A bad battery can sometimes show a surface charge (voltage) on monitoring system, but when you go to use it nada happens because it has no current.

I have a vector 300 amps that will not charge or hold a charge. This is the first time i needed a jump and did not work!It must be a MANUFACTURER DEFECT.What to do? Your Customer

This unit contains a sealed lead acid battery. As such it is necessary to maintain the battery much as you would an RV or tractor or other occasional use battery. If you left the charger plugged in all the time, that's what killed the battery. If you charged it less than once every two or three months, that's what killed the battery. If you stored it in a cold place it may have sulfated. If you stored it in a hot place it may have dried out, especially while charging. The good news is that a replacement battery is not expensive and you can install it yourself. Pull the case apart (look for hidden screws). You may find a good YouTube video to help. Unplug the battery and either shop on-line or go to a battery plus store. But remember, the old SLA battery models like this are rapidly being replaced with LiPoly units that have very good latency (storage) without loss of power. You can get a good one for around $100.
