It does happen on few occasions that an incorrect key is given. The fix the problem contact the manufacturer and they will ask for seial numbers and the such and they will be able to give you the correct key. Don't feel bad the same thing has happened to me about four years ago, but the makers are very helpful and the whole process only takes between 15 and 30 minutes.
