Wi=Fi connection I am trying to connect using a Palm wi-fi card, however, I get so far in the connection process and then it tells me that there is no signal. Do I need to call my isp, or is there something that I am not doing correctly?

Hello
First question is do you have a wireless router connected to your internet, and if yes, you may need to tell your router to broadcast your ssid. Instructions differ on how to do this so check the manual for the router. Hope this helps.

camera distance may be too far from wi fi source ie router or access point ? possible solution use a wi fi range extender.
Neighbours Wi Fi interfering with your WI FI . possible solution change the channel used by your wi fi from auto to channel 3 or channel 6 . This ensures channel spacing from neighbors if they are on auto as well . Setting in wi fi access point or wi fi router

Cannot connect ti Wi-Fi. Message says obtaining ip address but as soon as a remembered message on wi-fi network, wi-fi disconnects and starts scanning again. This process repeats itself but never...

Do you have other devices such as tablets, notebook, PC, or smart devices on the same Wi-Fi network? Do they have a similar problem?

Try logging on to a different Wi-Fi network such as free services in some shops and stores. If you cannot connect anywhere, your phone may be bad.

C an not buy muisic, they said, i'm not connect to the internet

Hello,

You have to ocnnect your iphone to internet first , Follow below step to connect to internet

When you use any Internet enabled application, iPhone does the following in order until connected:
  1. Connects over the last Wi-Fi network you used that's available.
  2. If no Wi-Fi networks you've used are available, shows a list of Wi-Fi networks in range. Tap a network and, if necessary, enter the password to join. Networks that require a password show ht1695_1.jpg next to them.
  3. If no Wi-Fi networks are available or you choose not to join any, iPhone connects over the cellular data network.
Note: You can be on a call and use Wi-Fi or 3G1 at the same time. Other cellular data networks are unavailable while you're on a call.
Wi-Fi
  • Wi-Fi is often faster than cellular data networks. Wi-Fi networks cover limited areas. iPhone can join AirPort and other Wi-Fi networks at home, at work, or at Wi-Fi hot spots around the world.
When iPhone is connected to a Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi icon ht1695_2b.jpg in the status bar at the top of the screen shows connection strength. The more bars you see, the stronger the connection.
  • To see all the Wi-Fi networks in range, from the Home screen choose Settings > Wi-Fi. Tap a network to join it.
  • Many Wi-Fi networks can be used free of charge, and some require a fee. To join a Wi-Fi network at a hot spot where charges apply, in most cases you can open Safari to see a webpage that allows you to sign up for service.
For information about configuring Wi-Fi settings, see the "Wi-Fi" section of the iPhone User's Guide.
Note: iOS devices sold in China may use the term Wireless LAN (WLAN) instead of Wi-Fi. Not all China iPhone models support WLAN; see this article for more information.
Cellular data networks
  • Cellular data networks allow Internet connectivity over the cellular network. Check your carrier's network coverage in your area for availability.
You can tell iPhone is connected to the Internet over a cellular data network if you see ht1695_utms_onb.png,ht1695_3b.jpg or ht1695_gprs_onb.png in the status bar at the top of the screen.
If you're outside your carrier's network, you may be able to use a cellular data network from another carrier. Roaming charges may apply.
Note: If not on 3G, while iPhone is actively transferring data over the cellular data network-downloading a webpage, for example-you may not be able to receive calls. Incoming calls may go to voicemail.
I hope , after this , you will be able to connect to Internet....

Thanks
Sandeep

Ipod wi fi conection

Wi-Fi Functionality
  1. Connects over the last Wi-Fi network you used that's available.
  2. If no Wi-Fi networks you've used are available, iPod touch will scan for Wi-Fi networks and show a list of Wi-Fi networks in range. Tap a network and, if necessary, enter the password to join. Networks that require a password show a lock icon (307189_1.jpg) next to them.
  3. Option to manually enter your Wi-Fi network name/SSID (if the Wi-Fi network is configured not to broadcast or be displayed to the public). If necessary, enter the password to join.
When iPod touch is connected to a Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi icon (307189_2.jpg) in the status bar at the top of the screen shows connection strength. The more bars you see, the stronger the connection.
Wi-Fi Settings
  1. Turn Wi-Fi on or off.
Choose Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi on or off.
  2. Set iPod touch to ask if you want to join a new Wi-Fi network.
When you are trying to access the Internet, by using Safari or YouTube for example, and you are not in range of a Wi-Fi network you have previously used, this option tells iPod touch to look for another network. iPod touch will display a list of all available Wi-Fi networks that you can choose from. Networks that require a password appear with a lock icon (307189_1.jpg).

If "Ask to Join Networks" is turned off, you must manually join a network to connect to the Internet when a previously used network is unavailable.

Choose Wi-Fi and turn "Ask to Join Networks" on or off. If you turn "Ask to Join Networks" off, you must join new networks manually.
  3. Join a Wi-Fi network manually.
Choose Wi-Fi, wait a moment as iPod touch detects networks in range, then choose a network. If necessary, enter a password and tap Join. Networks that require a password appear with a lock icon.
  4. Make iPod touch forget a network, so that the device doesn't join it automatically. Choose Wi-Fi and tap the arrow (307189_3.jpg) next to a network you've joined before. Then tap "Forget this Network."
  5. Connect to a closed Wi-Fi network (an available Wi-Fi network that isn't shown in the list of scanned networks).
Choose Wi-Fi, then tap Other and enter the network name. If the network requires a password, choose Security, tap the type of security the network uses, and enter the password. You must already know the network name, password, and security type to connect to a closed network. Some Wi-Fi networks may require you to enter or adjust additional settings, such as a client ID or static IP address. Ask the network administrator which settings to use.
  6. Adjust settings to connect to a Wi-Fi network
Choose Wi-Fi, then tap the arrow (307189_3.jpg) next to a network.
