Volume very difficult to here what people are saying.

There is a youtube video of a repair being done on a CSW unit like that. The video does not show a lot of details. I repair stereo systems and the volume control can be replaced. The problem with them is the lubrication inside the actual potentiometer gets dirty and sticky. The units I looked at to find yours say that it has a BASH module. If that is the case then it is associated with Klipsch. Finding a schematic is very difficult and if you could post a picture it may help

the difficulty is that a bushel is a volume measurement and as can be appreciated a bushel of oats will have less mass than a bushel of wheat even though the volume is the same
by converting to gallons and applying the mass of water (10lb to the gallon) as a base line , the result is as close an approximation that you will get
Of course a simple method would be to simply weigh the bushel of what ever you have and read the mass directly off the scale

It might not taking a charge or it might be a software or hardware issue; difficult to say with little information. Try a soft reset, press the volume up and power button for about 10-15 seconds to reboot.

Try to make a call, and then press the up button during the call to increase the volume. Pressing the down button will reduce the volume.

Just try to spray contact cleaner in it thru volume control knob area by removing knob outward.The proper way is cleaning by spraying in the audio control switch from inside but because it is bit difficult job,Hope it will solve the issue.

check if that the volume of the earpiece is set on the maximum level.if it is then try to clean the earpiece and if it's not working change it

Without the exact model it is difficult to find the manual.

Selecting the Ringer Tone and Volume

Base ringer on/off
The ringer switch allows you to set the base ringer on or
off. If you set the switch to off, you never hear the base
ringer tone.

Base ringer tone
Press the ringer tone button in standby mode to select one of 7 ringer tones.

Base ringer volume
Slide the ringer volume adjuster to set the base ringer volume.

Handset ringer tone and volume
Press the volume up key or volume down key (labeled as the volume/ /+ or volume/ /- key) in standby mode to select one of five ringer tones and volume combinations

I was able to change the volume with a small screwdriver.Not easily though,once you get it to the correct volume turn if off by unplugging.

Reset, firmware upgrade

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard
