Manual for the Casio MTG900

I read you posting to another persons question and you said the instructions you were giving were from the manual to your MTG900. I need a copy of that user manual. A friend just gave me this watch and I have NO idea how to operate it. Is it possible to get a copy from you. My email address is [email protected] Thanks so much if you could get that information to me. The Casio website does not have the PDF manual online for this model. The watch I'm asking about was not on the product listing. I know I chose the wrong one but couldn't find the one I'm asking about.

Mtg 900 comes up charge and says recover. What do i need to do? I tried charging it under a lamp for several hours but that does not last long.
I have a watch which is solar type and the instructions say that several hours of sunlight will charge the battery but lamps need much longer (1 -2 days!), my watch now is left in a drawer.

Changed battery and now my date and times are off. What do I do?
The time should sort itself out but you may have to reset the location for the time to be correct for your position.
