New Epson RX595 won't print

Brand new RX595 bought today. Downloaded and installed latest Epson softwareI can scan, copy, print test page from the printer console, but when I send a page from my Mac Intel laptop with Leopard, print file remains in queue marked "Stopped" -- log excerpt below. Print Job Manager stops with status 68. Any ideas? Perhaps I will uninstall the latest software and use what came on the CD with the printer. (Presumably pre-Leopard, according to the info with the CD.)

    I resolved the problem by uninstalling the update from the Epson support site. I reinstalled the earlier version which came on the CD with the printer, and all seems well now.

Apparently the latest software doesn't work with Leopard 10.5.2. I uninstalled the Epson software and installed the earlier version [driver version 3.88] that come on the Installer CD with the printer. Printing now works.

I think you meant that its print and copy function is generating only blank sheets and that you have installed new drivers and new ink. You do not mention whether you tested the printer before making these changes. There are several possiblities such as clogged nozzels, incorrect paper size, or the cartidges not being locked into place. Have you tried activating the printer's cleaning cycle which might unclog nozzels?

The most immediate fix would be to turn it off via the power button, disconnect all cable including unplugging it was the power outlet, wait three minutes, reconnect the cabling and connection to the outlet. Fire it up and try printing a test page.

Brand new epson xp 410 and it keeps saying paper jammed when it isnt

open the cabinet of the printer, the paper maybe stuck inside that you can't see without opening!

My Epson rx595 keeps saying replace ink cartridges B78/77 which i have and then it is also saying that it cannot recognize ink cartridge B78/77 I have loaded 3 brand new cartridges in thus far and it keeps...

Windows 7 is not recognizing me Epson RX595

The following steps may help:

  1. Remove all the drivers and software installed for this printer.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Click here to go to the driver download page. Download the driver for Win 7 and install.
  4. Connect the printer to your PC, the installation will continue.
  5. After installation, you should be able to use your printer.

First, you must install the driver of lx-300+. open control panel, printer n fax then find epson lx 300+. Don't forget to test what port that your lx-300+ support. LPT1. Then print test page...If your printer run... it's finish... you have succses instal the printer...

Want to purchase new all in one printer

Let me suggest the Epson RX580, I think there is a newer version called the RX595.

The print quality is amazing!!!! It prints to CDs, has two paper trays, does copying and scanning. Has DUPLEX built in.

I have one and can't imagine ever suggesting another printer, it's amazing!!!!
