Hi,
Add glass Magic or Lemon Shine to the soap in the door for every load, this will impress you. You will not have to rewash again. It only takes 2 tablespoon on top of the soap in the door.
I find Lemon Shine at Target, under four dollars and works great.

Dishes are not coming out clean and glass are very spotty and hazy looking

Hi, this usually happens when there is no, or too little finishing agent.
Actually i now recommend to all my customers to use the product "Finish" with the "Power Ball" these actually work, and bypass any dispenser too...
Also you may need to soften your water coming into the unit? as "Hard" water will also cause this to happen.

Dishes not coming out clean

Check your hot water supply. It should be at least 125 degrees. Are the dishes spotty or still dirty with old food? Try to pre-rinse your dishes before putting them into the dishwasher. You can also run your hot water until it's nice and hot coming from the sink before turning your dishwasher on. If they're spotty, use less or better quality detergent. My guess is going to be water temperature or pressure.

Spotty, filmy glasses

Even if you are sending it 120 degree water from your hot water heater, if the internal heating element has failed, your will get poor cleaning, including a film on your glassware.
Replacing the heating element will almost certainly fix the problem.
Good Luck!

Dishwasher does not clean dishes and leaves spots on everything!!

You need 2 things. Slightly hotter water and a rinse agent. If you don't heat dry your dishes, crack the door 3 or 4 inches after it's done, to let the steam out.
