My washer stopped and was flashing F21 (drainage issue) so I called a plumber. He checked the hoses and removed the panel and cleaned the drain trap. It didn't fix the problem it's still won't drain. It also flashed the SUD code and F28.

F21 error is displayed when the washer is unable to drain, press PAUSE/CANCEL button twice to clear the display. After this please check the drain hose and drain pump filter for any blockages and make sure it is not clogged with foreign particles. You can also check the drain pump to verify that its working. To resolve this check the drain hose and make sure it is not kinked with any foreign particles; also clean the drain pump filter for any clogs. Also check if the pump is running fine. If the wash tub is full of water, you may want to use a wet/dry shop vac to pull a vacuum on the drain line and drain the wash tub. This will minimize any potential mess you may have to clean up.

An F21 error code indicate drain problem. Might you want to inspect/clean the drain system from the filter to catch basin to impeller, pump/valve and drain hose. To do this, the bottom/kick panel ahs to be removed. A bit of a messy job so pls be prepared with paper towels and other absorbent materials.
