I Have a rca mp3 player th1702-a I have tried to place new batters and it still does not work Help

try to do a master reset on the device..

try and let it dry out if it still doesn't work after that its done buy a new one

Mine wouldn't connect and would tell me it was too full (even though I had plenty of space) and would shut down. I ran this utility, and it reinstalled the firmware and formatted the device, now it works perfectly.

• Battery is empty: Try a new battery.
• Ensure the keys lock is not activated.
• Reset the player by removing and re-installing the battery.
