Yes I have a RCA Opal M4204-A mp3 player. The player will not come on. I had this problem before where they gave me a website to upload something that fixed what ever the problem was and now it is doing it again. It will not charge it will not do anything. Can you help me please. Tanya

Well did u try restarting it if not wat i would do is make sure ur songs are on ur computer and take them off then put them back on
