Format the memory in the computer using all-in-one memory card card reader. But if it cannot complete the formatting or it hangs up in the computer then your sd card is broken.

Good Luck!

Can I use a 4GB micro SD memory card on my Samsung SGH E250 cellphone?

Yes. Open your memory slot on the left side of your phone, near the bottom. Make sure you remove any memory that might be inserted already. Slide your card into the slot label side up.

How do I use Transcend microSD, 1GB in an Acer Aspire Lap top? I have found where to place the Adapter in the lap top but not sure how to place it in (which side up) and how to place the memory card into...

Turn the computer off.
Insert the card one way, until you feel resistance, and measure how much of the card sticks out.
Then, remove it, turn it over, and insert the card again, and measure again.
Remove the card.
The smaller measurement is the instance where you correctly inserted the card.
Turn the computer on.
Open "My Computer".
Correctly insert the card.
The "My Computer" window will update, in less than 30 seconds, to reflect that the card has been detected, and Windows has been configured to access the card.
Double-click the changed icon, to "open" the files/folders that exist on the card's memory.

Inserted a memory card in my samsung e250 mobile phone, but the phone doesn't let me to acces the card

There are two ways to this, it's either the memory card is corrupt which is automatically bad or it isn't compatible with your phone.

Not picking up memory card

This is what i did when i was having the same issuse with my 1GB memory stick too, that i was trying to get assess to using my Samsung F480. Instead of Formating the memory stick in the phone it self. Format the memory stick in a computer using the adapter that you get with it when purchased.

Memory card Samsung Nv3

This is a common problem and I had the same issue. Samsung only guarantees that a 1GB external memory card will work. If you look at the user manual on page 77. I just used a 1GB memory card instead and it worked fine.
I am not saying that no memory cards greater than 1GB will work but I would try to find someone that has used the brand and size and knows that it will work.

4 gig sd micro

that E250 can not hold up tp 4gb so you need to replace that with a 1gb card and then the phone will read it.
