Elite personal trainer 300. the motor pulley that bdrives the belt & has a springloaded mechanisim with a plastic bush that seems to have disintegrated now the mat slips & the unit is very noisy. were can I take it to get repaired or get new part?

-The pulley is attach to the motor. I believe the belt is slip off
or broken in this case.
-Unplug it and open the back cover to check the motor & the belt.

Please LUBE the machine, you have a lack of maintenance, in according with the instruction manual, Produce enough friction between deck vs deck belt, may the deck belt is worn. By that reason Shut down for to protect the electronic system.
2) Test the input voltage for main motor if there voltage, the motor need repair.
3) Test the main motor board for output voltage for input in the main motor , if there are NOT the board is faulty.
4) Check the rollers bearing LUBE.

need to check and see if the tensioner motor bracket is worn these washers have a fixed pump pulley and fixed transmission pulley and a springloaded motor tensioner..... i would give you part number but your model number is incomplete get model number off washer data plate...

i would say you have a warped main pulley, run the machine in spin,watch it early to detect any wobling in the belt should be no sideway movement. also check main pulley is tight with no lateral wobling.

You may have to disassemble the unit remove the side panels if the foot pedal assembly, arm assembly bearing and bushing are in good shape. You'll have to inspect the flywheel and pulley assembly with the power on & off . It will be a process no doubt.

remove 4 screws fromthe bottom of the vac. this will allow you to remobe the baseplate and expose the belt & roller. put the new belt on the roller first and then pull it to the motor shaft. Note: remove the roller and the housing under it to clean out any debris buildup. re-install baseplate and screws.

Only two possibilities. Either the motor has not been installed properly (it's out of alignment), or the intermediate pulley is out of alignment. Of the two, I'd suspect the intermediate pulley first (except then you'd expect trouble with the secondary belt too...). If you've already solved the problem, perhaps you'd post a comment to let us know what you found.

It requires a drive belt adjustment. Gain access to the motor and belt (Disconnect from power supply first!) and reajust belt tension.

The same thing happened to me. You either have a ruined belt pulley, or, hopefully, the belt burned out. Belts are easy to find online, but the housing is tricky to remove - see other posts.

I finally got it the plastic housing apart on my trimmer (there is one screw hidden under the label), only to find a total meltdown. The plastic pulley is ruined, and the only way to get it replaced is to buy a new motor (the most expensive part).

If your trimmer is no longer under warranty, then you can get a refurbished gh1000 for the price a new motor unit.

Hi, Is the plastic pulley on the motor or is it on the belt idler asswmbly? THe model # you have given is for a Whirlpool washer. This model doesn't have a belt. It has a coupler to connect the botor and transmission. Do have a model # for the maytag washer?
