Hello,

When your operating system on the computer is Windows:
Run the Sansa Firmware Updater to get the Sansa Media Converter: http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/101/related/1

When your operating system on your computer is Mac, or when you want to update manually:
go to the Sansa forum: http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board?board.id=e200

Regarding video

You must use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer videos. If the video is DRM-protected (many of Real's movies are), it may not actually convert. But if the video is DRM-free, then the Sansa Media Converter will perform the conversion and load the video onto the player. The Sansa Media Converter may or may not recognize certain file formats, so you may need to download an additional program such as Riva FLV Encoder to convert the Real video to AVI format first - then the Sansa Media Converter will recognize the file.

Playing video

did you set the convert path to you videos folder?

and make sure the file that it is being converted to is either a mov. or .mp4 or something like that and not a .pic or .bmp file.

Dont know how to put pictures in my mp3

To transfer photos and video to your Sansa e250:
1. Open Sansa Media Converter on your PC
2. Connect Sansa e250 to the computer.
The detected Sansa e250 will list the available space and total space on the
device. If more than one device is inserted, only the first device will be
supported.
3. Add the media files to be converted
4. The Sansa Media Converter will place all files in MyAlbum unless you
type in a new Album Name at the bottom of the screen. Use this option
to organize your files and slide shows.
5. Press to start the conversion process. A status box will appear
showing which file(s) are being converted.
6. Photos and Video can not be transferred to the microSD card.
7. Do not move your photo or video files from the location the Sansa
Media Converter places them.
8. See Safely removing your Sansa from the Computer instructions
below.

Also you can take a look at the manual on page 16..it will give you a visual Image..

MP3 songs are not getting download in sansa e250

you are using the sansa media converter which would only allow the user to transfer pictures and videos to the player. You would be using windows media player 10 or 11 to transfer songs to the player.

Sansa e250

You may need to download a different file converter and convert the quicktime files to wmv files and then use the sansa converter to put them on the mp3 player.
