The battery is sealed inside the player, and is probably hard wired to the main board. Removing the case would probably damage several sensitive components, like the touch controls, and removing the battery may damage the whole system. I would not recommend dismantling this device.

You would have recieved a CD along with the Phone. You need to install the software first and connect it via the data cable and then transfer the music.

try to remove all the music on your mp3 player, copy it on your computer so you can put it back later,
after removing all the music try to open it, then if your mp3 player loads completely turn it off then put back the music files
