http://waveceptor.casio.com/support/manual/ is the link for the official manual, but I thought this one just updated to the atomic clock? it's supposed to connect every 4 hours and update itself.
If yours is like mine, there are four buttons on the watch. These are at 10, 2, 4 and 8 o'clock. Hit the 8 o'clock 6 times. You get a digital readout of time and the letters HS. Then press and hold the 10 o'clock until it flashes. Then use the 2 and 4 o'clock buttons to advance or ****** the analog hands. Hold them for fast advance/******. Momentary push for fine adjustment.
