It may and likely is a defect inside the display panel itself.

Hi I have an old school solution for your problem with your tv. Hit it!!!!! When you turn on your tv, go to it and lightly tap on the middle of the left frame. You should see it affect your screen. Do it until your screen is perfect. Hope it works.

I think the panel is defective.

The panel or TCON board has failed, the solution is the same replace the panel. Not worth the cost, get a new TV
