your computer screen resolution is very high. Right click on desktop and go to Properties/Personalize option and then click on display and change the screen resolution according to your wish.
Increase the resolution of the monitor with the really large image. Also, in vista and windows 7, go to display and there should be a button to reduce the size of whats on the screen.
Quick fix: Do a system restore to yesterday or whenever they last good restore date is. We could mess around with the settings for quite a while, but I'm not really sure what has happened. Unless you clicked in the lower right hand corner of your web browser (which I assume to be Internet Explorer) and reduced the size to something waaaaay less than 100%.
