The answer is : Not exactly.
They do not provide a fully functional Driver that is compatible with Windows 7. HP suggests to use the Basic Printer Driver with W7. If you have Wireless facilities in the Printer it will not work with those Drives anyway. So if you are planing to purchase one, unfortunately it is not ready for Windows 7.

Windows Updates will install the necessary Drivers but is not the Fully Functional Driver/Software.
The drivers will be included with the Software CD as they have said earlier but it is not.
One friend of mine have tried it to run the software in a Compatibility mode to a Previous Operating System. That has worked for him. You can also try but I Do Not Recommend Though.
However if you haven't purchased yet, I do not recommend the product.
