I can't assume which graphics do you mean. Please let me know the website (include the link here) if you are downloading the graphics from internet.
I need more details to help you fix this, I hope you understand.
Thanks.
NB. This isn't a solution, this is only as a Clarification.
Thanks for using FixYa.
I am trying to down load graphics from the printshop 21 version from the Internet. The websight I am using is netins.net.
Thank you for the quick response, I still need some more info. Did you see any error message are are you being directed to another page? Please let me know the Browser you are using whether it's Internet Explorer or Firefox or Googlechrome etc...
If you are downloading using browsers the this will help you;
If you can see the graphics on the website as preview, right-click on the image/graphic and select "save image as" (Google chrome/firefox/opera etc..) or "Save Picture as" (for internet explorer) you'll be directed to the Save as options to locate your folder where you want to save it.
Awaiting.
Good luck.
I am using Internet Explorer. I get an error message as follows. The online server can not deliver the file
I am sorry to have asked you many questions, but I have no choice to help you.
First of all, please clear the cache, temps, cookies etc after closing the internet explorer.
You can use this small free application to clean the system, (click here to download) [open the link click "download now" button, wait for 20 seconds, then again click "download file now"] but move or save the downloaded files to another drive or folder before you run the cleaner otherwise, you'll loose all the downloaded files.
Well at last I understand your problem. I was assuming that you were downloading pictures from a website which you want to upload them to netins.net. Now I understand that you are uploading pictures/graphics to the web. Ok, assume you are hosting a website with netins.net, first of all, you need to know the maximum file limit to upload. If possible decrease the file size or change the resolution of your image. Decreasing the image size will definitely help you.
The error simply means their server (IIS server) cannot handle the file size. The only solution is to make the file size smaller so that it would be able to upload. Since you are not the Web Server, you can't customize it yourself. You only option is to change the size of the images/graphics.
Good luck.
