I'm beginning to think that the gateway zx4300 all in one has a major defect problem with the motherboard. Mine is 8 months old and the screen went black on me a couple of times then totally went out. I took it back to best buy (still under warranty) they sent it to Kentucky (gateway) 3 weeks later got it back and it's starting to do it again. I'm not happy and am pretty ********** at this point. I use my computer for business and this has been a major inconvenience and money loser. I want to have gateway trade this for a different computer. 8 months old for this to happen is unacceptable.
The lamp on the monitor probably went, since it is only 6 months old it should still be under warranty by lg. I would suggest getting them to replace it for you, instead of trying to buy and install a new lamp by yourself.
I have a Navman MY65T (a month old) it no longer has audio voice prompt, it used to speak out the directions. have I turned off a setting how do I regain voice prompt for directions????
If it is under warranty begin the process by calling Toshiba warranty department at 1-800-457-7777. Demand that they send you a prepaid label as shipping a TV is expensive.
Navman is awful on support for map updates, which they claim are the latest. I've had mine less than a year and have decided to sell it and replace it with a Garmin. You can get maps that are 1-3 years old, even though Navman says 10 months old, for $149 USD. Horrible Company, it should be struck by lightning and let it burn to the ground!
