My troy bilt tb70ss trimmer sounds like something is stripped the motor will wind out but the head wont move its only 1 1/2 years old

Will need to check if any debris is wrapped around head jamming the head --or -flex shaft is jammed or damaged separate shaft from motor and will see in shaft the flex shaft that turns the head try turning head by hand and observe flex shaft if binding or broke need to lube or replace
